We exist to break the mold—and the barriers that have kept women out of technical trades for far too long. Our mission is to create pathways to empower all women, including those who identify as women, by opening doors into the world of building inspections, code compliance, and safety enforcement. These aren’t just jobs. They’re careers that shape communities, protect lives, and command respect. Yet for decades, they’ve remained out of reach for many women due to systemic bias, lack of access, and cultural gatekeeping. We’re here to change that. Through rigorous certification programs, hands-on training, and mentorship, we equip women with the skills, credentials, and confidence to step into these roles and own them. Our graduates don’t just meet industry standards—they learn them and may eventually write them. They become inspectors, enforcers, leaders, and advocates for safer structures in our communities. We believe that when women are empowered to build, inspect, and lead, entire communities benefit. Economic independence grows. Representation shifts. Futures brighten. This mission is fueled by belief—and by action. Every donation, every grant, every partnership helps us expand access, deepen impact, and rewrite the narrative for women in technical trades. Truth Alliance Foundation

The Truth Alliance Foundation teaches organizations how to set up effective child protection programs, and teaches parents how to keep their children safe from predators in the 21st Century.

Diabetes and Me

We are a non-profit organization supporting Type 1 diabetics and their families, while focused around 3 main pillars; education, support and community. We offer a year round type 1 (with new general diabetes wellness info) online summit free as a way to share important information to those living in rural areas or who may not have access to regular visits with specialists or other practitioners outside of the one they have seen since their diagnosis and nothing has changed. Second, we offer 24/7 support groups for POKED (parents of kids enduring Diabetes) with over 10k active members in a private group setting that is moderated by our non profit and accepts newly diagnosed families as a resource to hospitals discharging families with less and less access to resources and information to share these days due to so many other variables. Lastly community is a huge part of what enduring a chronic medical condition is about and so we pair and match mentors with newly diagnosed families and those in their immediate team helping (or circle of impact) to ensure they are not alone and they can weather this storm.
