The Branch of Nashville helps culturally diverse, under-resourced families in Southeast Nashville work toward self-sufficiency through food support, English language education, and job assistance. Through community partnerships, we overcome socioeconomic, religious, political, and cultural divisions to assist neighbors in need.

SERES cultivates and catalyzes youth leaders to create just and sustainable communities in Central America. Our work inspires and affirms young people to contribute to the enrichment of their communities, fulfil their potential, create positive relationships, and become engaged citizens. We target at-risk youth from low-income, marginalized areas in Guatemala and El Salvador, where climate vulnerability, environmental degradation, economic exclusion and limited opportunities are placing youth vulnerable to gangs, violence, and migration.

Our team of state-licensed clinicians, masters-level therapists, skilled educators, support staff and dedicated volunteers work together to create healthier futures for our clients. To achieve the best possible health outcomes, the Center takes an integrated approach to care which includes: a continuum of behavioral health and support services including traditional therapy, peer support, advocacy, case management, education and outreach; access to quality primary care that addresses both physical and mental health conditions holistically; and a range of prevention and wellness programs that empower clients to participate in their own care. Center Wellness programs are generally open to the public and free-of-charge, and the Cultural Center space is open for not-for-profit and non-partisan purposes compatible with the Center’s mission at affordable rates.
