Mostly through the generosity of our patrons and volunteers. Volunteers provide support in all areas of operations; doctors, instructors, marketing, management and clerical. This generosity of time and skills allows 92 cents of every dollar donated to go directly to programs and services.

We focus mainly on supporting children and adults undergoing treatment in St. Petersburg, Russia or those traveling for treatment abroad. Many of them come from remote parts of Russia and the former Soviet Union. Some patients require bone marrow transplants that are donated by foreign donors. Some, who have rare and less-studied types of cancer, have to travel for treatment or clinical trials abroad.
