INVEST IN KIDS
Invest in Kids is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to helping Colorado children thrive. We bring research-based, proven programs into communities across the state. Our efforts focus on the specific needs of children aged prenatal to five in low-income families, with the hope of seeing every child in Colorado get off to the best start possible. Currently, we serve 12,000 children and families a year in 61 of Colorado's 64 counties. We partner with community leaders, care providers, and donors to deliver our programs, ensure their effectiveness, and expand our impact.

EDUCATION VS. EXTINCTION Education is our purpose. We currently care for up to 40 captive-born wolves and wolf-dog crosses and several horses. The refuge supports a primitive visitor center that provides visitors and volunteers with hands-on working experience. Socialized ambassador wolves travel nationally, offering public education while stimulating people to care about and respect nature.

In the beginning, the intention was simple – get homeless families back on their feet. It took a split-second to recognize that many of these families had substance abuse problems, and then another second to recognize there may be mental health concerns. Those few seconds defined the direction of The Life Link. Our programs primarily focus on housing, mental health, and substance abuse. We provide help to people that are in need of one service and any combination of the three.

California Homeschool Network is an inclusive, statewide homeschooling organization serving families across a diverse spectrum of homeschooling styles and philosophies. California Homeschool Network exists to protect the fundamental right of the family to educate its children in the manner it deems appropriate without regulation or interference by federal, state, or local agencies. California Homeschool Network monitors and responds to legislation which may pose a threat to homeschooling, and to this end, maintains a dialog with local, state, and national homeschooling organizations. California Homeschool Network serves to inform and empower homeschooling families, educate the public, and foster community among home educators in the state of California.
