ECF is a non-profit foundation that does not receive any government or United Way funding, therefore there is no “red-tape” or bureaucracy, and there are no application forms. Our assistance begins after the first request for help. We acquire all of our donations from the private sector, from individuals, corporations, foundations and community groups.
