Crossroads provides antiracism organizing, training and consultation services to institutions desiring to dismantle systemic racism. We offer a power analysis that identifies barriers to authentic multicultural diversity, and create antiracist/anti-oppressive policies and practices by developing antiracism teams trained to meet the distinct needs of their institution. Central to our work is creating structures of accountability to People and Communities of Color.

Atlas Corps
Atlas Corps is a global network of nonprofit leaders and organizations that promotes innovation, cooperation, and solutions to address the world’s 21st century challenges. Atlas Corps engages leaders committed to the nonprofit sector in 6 to 18 month, professional fellowships at organizations (like Ashoka, Peace Corps, and Nike Foundation) to learn best practices, build organizational capacity, and return home to create a network of global changemakers. Our network of Fellows includes more than 300 nonprofit leaders from 70 countries and 130 Host Organizations. Recently, we launched a State Department partnership as part of a White House Initiative to engage 100 civil society leaders in our Fellowship - Emerging Global Leaders Initiative-Atlas Corps Fellowship.

Our mission is to maintain a place for glorifying and promoting Father Truong Buu Diep, a Catholic priest who was martyred for saving 70 innocent people during the World War II in Vietnam. Because of good graces and miracles Father Diep has done for many prayers after he died, more and more people believe in him as an efficient bridge to transfer their prayers to God whenever they have troubles. Therefore, this place has facilitated as a temple for people to visiting and praying with Father Diep.
