CHANGING EXPECTATIONS CORP

Changing Expectations mission is to provide the highest impact STEM and computer science education programs to inspire young people from ethnically underrepresented backgrounds and prepare them to pursue STEM and computing careers. We focus our work on reaching out to young people who might otherwise not have access to quality STEM and computer science education programs. Changing Expectations provides technical assistance specializing in inspiring and raising STEM and computer science academic achievement for African American, Hispanic, and other traditionally underserved students who eat free/reduced lunch and their teachers, parents and (2) STEM and computer science educator preparation and professional development. Changing Expectations Corp also provides STEM education outreach services and informal learning opportunities to the community and the public. Changing Expectations provides the WeTeach_CS professional development collaborative for Central Texas computer science teachers. We also provide the My Brother's Keeper Coding Makerspace on cybersecurity for underrepresented Black and Hispanic male students supported by the National Science Foundation and a CSforALL Project on artificial intelligence for Black and Hispanic students with disabilities supported by the National Science Foundation.

Silicon Valley FACES

FACES provides social-emotional learning programs that inspire students to be empathetic community leaders by eradicating prejudice, bullying and bystander behavior. Camp Everytown is a 4-day camp that works with high school students to create a campus culture of empathy, respect and inclusion. Camp Common Ground works with incoming high and middle school students to acclimate them to their new school and build skills to thrive in their new environment. Camp Connections works with K-5 students to promote problem-solving and anti-bullying skills.

American War Memorials Overseas works to document, promote, and preserve non-government supported War Memorials honoring Americans outside of the USA to ensure these monuments remain part of local communities forever. (Our mission is to help care for those private memorials and gravesites where the US government has no responsibility.) War Memorials commemorate our shared past, and overseas war memorials honoring Americans are an important symbol of America's international engagement. American War Memorials Overseas seeks to cooperate with other organizations, at international, national, and local levels, to better safeguard the future of War Memorials honoring Americans overseas in both their social and historical context. American War Memorials Overseas is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation and as such is entirely dependent on donated funds. AWMO seeks to receive funding from individual contributions, corporate contributions, and private foundation grants.

Orphan Life Foundation

Our mission: To act as an advocate of orphaned children and provide them with holistic care, education opportunities, health and wellness support, foster home and shelter services, and facilitate the adoption process for orphaned and vulnerable children. Our main aim: To address and solve all current and potential issues faced by orphan children. Partnering with organizations and public support groups, we organize multiple programs with constant strife to promote the welfare of orphans. Impact: (1) Provided better educational opportunities to orphans, we empowered them to complete their basic as well as advanced schooling. (2) Focused on granting easy access to health and nutritional services to orphans. (3) Work to minimize the risk of contracting the HIV/AIDS virus in orphan children. (4) Provided optimal protection of their legal and human rights, and meeting their emotional needs. (5) Offered adoption opportunities, facilitated the adoption process, conducted psychosocial evaluations, and used interventions to monitor children in fostering environments. Over the years, our projects have helped hundreds and thousands of orphans in need along with promoting the rebuilding and remodeling of the entire community. Through multiple programs, we have always been on the lookout for areas that require attention.
