Dedicated to providing orthopedic surgeries to persons of limited resources in under-developed countries. Present focus is on the project in Portoviejo, Ecuador. We hold several missions trips per year and invite volunteer medical personnel to participate as parts of these groups.

In turn, those dedicated volunteers complete 2,100 community improvement projects annually.
